Grounded Governance

Giselle McLachlan from Grounded Governance gave a well-received presentation at the 2025 NZPSHA conference on getting the best out of your Board.

From February through April 2026, NZPSHA members will be able to access a 20% discount on a selection of online sessions:

  • Taste of Governance: a 2-hour interactive online training designed to give boards and committees a strong understanding of governance principles.
  • Applied Taste of Governance: a 4-hour online workshop that dives a bit deeper, adding practical application of the principles with time for questions and discussions.
  • Board Culture and Team workshop: a 4-hour online session focused on building effective, collaborative board dynamics. This workshop also includes a Myer Briggs style, 16-Personality Types test and combined team report.
